Udi Ziv is a seasoned CEO with a proven track record of leading companies to scale. His 30 years of leadership span both entrepreneurial ventures and overseeing large-scale operations as a senior executive at some of the largest global enterprise software companies. Before joining Personetics, Ziv served as CEO of Earnix, guiding the company through a landmark period of expansion. Prior to Earnix, he led Pontis to a successful acquisition by Amdocs, was President at NICE Systems, Managing Director at SAP, and the co-founder of TopTier which was later acquired by SAP.

Ran Shalev is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in scaling businesses and driving growth through innovation. Before joining Personetics, he served as CFO at Freightos #CRGO, leading its NASDAQ listing. Previously, Ran held executive roles at GE Lighting and other scale up companies, driving M&A, capital raising, and global operations. His expertise spans across finance, strategy and building high-performing teams. Ran holds an MBA in Business and Finance from the College of Business Tel Aviv and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Jody brings deep operating experience in financial services – managing direct channels, launching digital ventures, and leading digital transformation programs. He was previously a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he helped financial institutions define and execute digital transformation programs to drive customer growth and operating efficiency. Jody also served in senior digital operating roles at U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, and Providian. In these positions, he led digital sales and service functions and direct to consumer businesses to deliver organic growth and enhanced customer experience. Jody has an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Computer Engineering from The University of Michigan.

Puneet is a forward-thinking technology executive with deep expertise in sales leadership, strategic growth, and client engagement within the banking and fintech sectors. Before joining Personetics, he played a pivotal role in the Digital Banking business unit at NCR Voyix, where he led a high-performing team of sales executives and Digital Strategy Managers. His leadership was instrumental in driving business expansion, strengthening partnerships with financial institutions of all sizes, and enhancing client success. Earlier in his career, Puneet was a senior executive at VSoft Corporation, where he built and led cross-functional teams spanning sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and product management. He spearheaded market expansion across North America, Latin America, and the Philippines, fueling sustained revenue growth. Known for his ability to align business strategy with client objectives, Puneet has driven initiatives that guide financial institutions through their digital transformation journeys, fostering deeper client relationships and long-term success. He holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a Computer Science Engineering degree from Walchand Institute of Technology, India.

George is Personetics' Chief Marketing Officer. He is a veteran of the FinTech and InsurTech industries, having been CMO of five industry-leading companies. Throughout his career, George has been an innovator in building brands and sales pipelines through digital and social marketing. George has been an active member of the FinTech and InsurTech communities in New York, Hartford, London, and Israel, and is currently a mentor with Barclay’s Rise New.

Hila is a seasoned CHRO with over 20 years of experience leading global HR strategies. She specializes in building and transforming organizations to align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth. Before joining Personetics, she served as CHRO at Glassbox, where her leadership was instrumental in scaling the organization, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting key strategic milestones. Throughout her career, Hila has played a pivotal role in four major acquisitions, leading post-merger integration processes and aligning cultures to ensure seamless transitions. Her expertise also includes driving HR strategy through two funding rounds, two acquisitions, an IPO (TASE), and a going-private transaction. These experiences have honed her ability to navigate complexity, manage change, and create value during transformative moments in a company’s lifecycle. Hila holds an MBA in Organizational Consulting from Ono Academic College.

Ron Agam is the Chief Product Officer at Personetics, where he leads product management, innovation, and strategy to deliver cutting-edge, customer-centric solutions. With a strong focus on driving transformative growth, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s product vision and market leadership. Ron brings over two decades of global experience in product management and leadership. Before joining Personetics in 2024, he served as the CPO of SAP Signavio, following its acquisition of Berlin-based unicorn, Signavio. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles across Germany, Spain, and Israel, where he developed expertise in scaling organizations and leading product teams in dynamic industries. A passionate advocate for innovation and mentorship, Ron values collaboration and continuous learning. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.Sc. in Physics from Tel Aviv University. Committed to delivering exceptional value, Ron focuses on empowering teams and customers alike to succeed in a rapidly evolving market.

Yaniv Itzhaki is Personetics VP of R&D leading technology innovation, AI technologies adoption, and SaaS operations with a strong focus on scalability and engineering excellence. With over a decade of R&D leadership experience—from early-stage startups to managing high-scale engineering teams—he empowers teams and customers through scalable, high-quality technology while meeting business goals and needs. Yaniv holds a B.Sc. in Engineering and Management/Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.”

Ido Ophir is leading Personetics' global professional services organization. Responsible for the software deployment projects, and ongoing customer success. Building best practices to ensure long term success across a growing global customer base. Prior to joining Personetics, Ido held the roles of VP of strategic accounts and VP of product management at Actimize. Prior to Actimize, he was VP of product development at Always-On, Inc. Ido is a graduate of the Israeli Defense Force MAMRAM technology program and holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Mercy College.

Roy joined Personetics to lead the Customer Success and Global Delivery organization. Responsible for all projects from initiation to production ensuring ongoing customer success and meeting customer business goals. Before joining Personetics, Roy held the role of Customer Success RVP at Amdocs, responsible for EMEA accounts and VP of competency center leading the development of Amdocs Digital and CRM projects. Before Amdocs, Roy served 26 years in the IAF, 13 out of them in OFEK unit in several roles including Avionics software development unit commander and the CIO of the AIF. Roy holds a B.A. in Computer Science.

Dorel Blitz brings over 13 years of experience in global strategy and business development in the financial services industry. Dorel joins Personetics from KPMG, where he headed the Fintech sector at KPMG Israel and a member of the global Fintech practice. In this role, Dorel was instrumental in establishing KPMG’s collaborative relationships with global financial institutions and leading Fintech companies including Personetics. He also acted as a subject matter expert and led advisory projects involving digital transformation strategies with financial services organizations. Prior to joining KPMG, Dorel led the Innovation & Fintech practice at Bank Leumi, and earlier in his career he headed the banking & finance division at global research firm Adkit.
