About the position
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and enjoys taking ownership of hiring processes, from initial outreach through successful hire.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles, with a strong emphasis on proactive candidate engagement and pipeline development.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies tailored to each role and talent market.
- Continuously explore and apply creative and out of the box sourcing approaches to reach passive candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into effective recruitment and sourcing plans.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and track pipeline health and progress.
- Utilize data and insights from the ATS system to refine recruitment strategies and drive better hiring results.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-tech company, including hands-on experience recruiting for technical and R&D roles.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including hands-on sourcing and pipeline building.
- Experience recruiting in global or multi-location environments.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern sourcing tools and platforms.
- Ability to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal (must).
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple roles in parallel.
- Experience working with ATS systems and recruiting metric. (Familiarity with Comeet / Spark Hire is a plus.)
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
