About the position
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to help us extract meaningful insights, refine our models, and improve customer experiences through data-driven decision-making.
Our Analytical Models team, part of the Product department, is at the core of our innovation. We design, refine, and enhance the analytical models that drive the intelligence behind our products. We work closely with product managers, data scientists and R&D teams to ensure our models are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for model optimization.
- Work closely with product managers and R&D to enhance the structure and logic of analytical models.
- Monitor model quality by tracking accuracy, coverage, and overall performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Build dashboards and reports to visualize insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing innovative ideas to improve data-driven personalization.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in data analysis, preferably working with financial data.
- Education: B.A / B.Sc in Industrial Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
- Proficiency in working with Python for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and complex data querying.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (looker, power bi, superset) is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- High attention to detail and a passion for solving complex analytical problems.
